By accessing this website, booking a session, or using services provided by Bynx Records, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Studio sessions are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until any required deposit has been received.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a studio booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided on your invoice or booking agreement.

Bynx Records reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking when reasonably necessary, including for safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or circumstances that prevent the studio from providing the scheduled services.

Deposits are refundable when a session is cancelled or rescheduled at least one day prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than one day before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Any exceptions are at the discretion of Bynx Records.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times.

Clients who arrive late are still responsible for the full amount of time originally booked. A late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled end time.

Additional studio time may be available depending on the studio schedule and may result in additional charges.

Invoices may be paid using the payment methods offered by Bynx Records, which may include cash, credit card, Apple Pay, and other approved forms of payment.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment must be received in full before final files, mixes, masters, stems, or other completed deliverables are released.

Additional services or studio time requested beyond the original agreement may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for providing any files, sessions, stems, reference tracks, or other materials necessary for their session.

Whenever possible, these materials should be provided before the scheduled session to allow adequate preparation.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of recordings and project files.

While Bynx Records takes reasonable precautions when handling digital files, we cannot guarantee indefinite storage or archival of session files and are not responsible for loss of files after they have been delivered to the client, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Clients retain ownership of their original compositions, performances, recordings, and other intellectual property except where otherwise agreed to in writing.

Payment for studio services does not transfer ownership of Bynx Records' pre-existing intellectual property, equipment, software, trademarks, website content, or other proprietary materials.

Any ownership splits, producer points, songwriting percentages, master ownership, licensing arrangements, work-for-hire terms, or royalty arrangements should be established separately in writing when applicable.

Nothing in these Terms by itself establishes a songwriting, publishing, master ownership, producer royalty, or other ownership interest for either party beyond rights that may otherwise exist under applicable law or a separate written agreement.

By providing music, samples, beats, photographs, artwork, recordings, or other materials to Bynx Records, you represent that you have the rights or permissions necessary to use those materials for the requested services.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, sample clearances, permissions, releases, or other rights associated with materials supplied by the client.

Clients and guests are expected to treat Bynx Records staff, property, equipment, and other guests respectfully.

• Food should be consumed in designated areas rather than around studio equipment.
• Drinks must have a lid and should be kept away from audio equipment and placed on provided coasters.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the studio or café.
• Guests should be approved in advance.

Bynx Records may limit the number of guests permitted in a session when necessary for safety, space, or maintaining a productive working environment.

Bynx Records reserves the right to end a session due to dangerous, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Clients may be held financially responsible for damage to studio equipment or property caused by the intentional, reckless, or negligent actions of the client or their guests.

Normal wear and equipment failure occurring through ordinary authorized use are not the responsibility of the client.

Recording, production, mixing, mastering, songwriting, and other creative services are subjective.

While Bynx Records strives to provide professional work and collaborate with clients toward their creative goals, we cannot guarantee any particular commercial result, audience response, streaming performance, record deal, placement, revenue, or other outcome resulting from our services.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Bynx Records website and its original design elements, text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by Bynx Records or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Music, artwork, photographs, names, trademarks, and other materials belonging to artists or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The Bynx Records website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, payment processors, and other services.

Bynx Records does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bynx Records will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or studio services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Information submitted through the Bynx Records website may be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services used for payments, streaming, social media, analytics, embedded content, or other functionality may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

Bynx Records may update these Terms periodically.

When changes are made, the updated Terms may be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Bynx Records services will be handled in accordance with applicable Florida and federal law.
